Meet the team
As Helpdesk Team Manager, I lead our team of expert advisers. An experienced IT engineer, I’ve worked at Which? since the launch of the Helpdesk in 2006. I advise our members on all aspects of the internet, including broadband issues and problems with wireless home networks.
I have worked in the IT sector since 2001 and I became a Microsoft Certified Engineer in 2008. I joined Which? in 2009 as a Helpdesk adviser. I specialise in providing advice on security software and general hardware issues.
I joined the Helpdesk in 2010 after a number of years as an IT support technician in the oil industry. Within the team, I’m the go-to person for all Windows queries, as well as other operating systems, such as Mac and Linux.
I joined Which? in 2012. Before joining the Helpdesk in 2015, I gained in-depth knowledge of our rigorous testing and reviews of technology products. My main areas of expertise include smartphones, apps, social media and email.
Joining Which? at the start of 2016, I’m a lifelong computer enthusiast and all-round gadget geek. I have extensive experience with a wide range of home technology, and I specialise in the latest Windows 10 advice, tips and solutions.
After gaining more than 10 years of experience in computing retail support, I joined the Helpdesk team in 2016. I specialise in solving Windows problems, including network troubleshooting, security concerns and email issues.
I gained my professional experience through working in the IT and Telecoms sector. I joined the Helpdesk team in 2013 and enjoy the challenge of resolving our members’ tech issues. I specialise in Android, Windows and Apple iOS.
I’ve worked in the IT industry as a support technician for over five years and joined the Helpdesk team in 2016. I have extensive experience in computer hardware and software products, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and Apple iOS.
